Services Description

DEL-OPS provides digital infrastructure development services including web and mobile application development, AI integration, SEO optimization, and e-commerce solutions.

Project Engagement

All projects are initiated through a formal proposal process. Project scope, timeline, and pricing are defined in a separate project agreement.

Payment Terms

Standard payment structure is 50% upfront, 25% at midpoint, and 25% upon completion. Alternative arrangements may be negotiated.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code developed for their project. DEL-OPS retains ownership of proprietary tools and frameworks.

Limitation of Liability

DEL-OPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.
